Grid Connection Manager (m/f/d)
The enernovum Group has been successfully active in the field of renewable energies for more than 12 years. In addition to operating our own solar parks, the company’s activities focus on the development and construction of large-scale photovoltaic projects in Europe, where we have established a leading market position.
The project development is fully coordinated from our headquarters in Cologne and in close cooperation with our colleagues in the respective countries on site, with the possibility for home office or remote work.
To strengthen our team we are immediately looking for a
Grid Connection Manager (m/f/d)
to contribute significantly to the quality and speed of grid connections of our photovoltaic plants during the project development up to the construction of the plant.

Your tasks:
Technical planning of MV/HV connections of the project in the development process from preliminary stage to construction, including:
- Electrical design, connection type and initial drawings
- CAPEX and OPEX estimation
- time scheduling
Application and coordination of the grid connection process with grid operator up to grid commitment, including:
- Validation of the grid connection project
- Conceptual design and coordination of plant protection and plant control concept
- Monitoring of deadlines by the grid operator
Support during implementation:
- Accompaniment/support for tenders
- Accompaniment and supervision of the connection work carried out by the subcontractor
Your profile:
- Proven experience in the development and management of projects in the field of photovoltaics
- Expertise in the field of electrical installation and connection to the medium and high voltage electrical network
- Experience with the different phases of the process for grid connection
- Ability to work in a structured, independent and proactive manner
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- A high degree of team orientation
- Empathic, friendly interaction with our partners and teammates
- Knowledge of the MS Office package and AutoCad
- Knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken
